For On-site Support, a Flextech staff will travel to your location to provide in person support.
For Device Procurement, we can work with you via phone and email to procure, deliver and set up equipment. No support consultation is required, unless deemed necessary or requested by you.

If you have an urgent issue, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Flextech does not charge a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly contact us with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment time.

We charge a minimum of 30 mins for on-site support. We will try our best to solve your issue or provide a solution as soon as possible. If there is any free time, we will endeavour to help you with any other issues or questions you may have or even provide some tips and tricks.

For on-site support consultations, payment is taken at the completion of the consultation via a portable card machine. For procurement of IT equipment, upfront payment is required to progress your order.
