For In-Home Support, a Flextech staff member will travel to your location to provide in person support.
For Purchase Advice & Procurement, we can work with you via phone and email to provide advice, procure, deliver and set up equipment. No support consultation is required, unless deemed necessary or requested by you.

Flextech does not charge a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly contact us with as much notice as possible before your scheduled appointment time.

We charge a minimum of 30 mins for in-home support. We will try our best to solve your issue or provide a solution as soon as possible. If there is any free time, we will endeavour to help you with any other issues or questions you may have or even provide some tips and tricks.

For our In-Home Support Service, payment is taken at the completion of the consultation via a portable card machine. For procurement of IT equipment, upfront payment is required to progress your order.
