Matt Fraser - Founder

Flextech IT was founded by Matt, driven by his genuine passion for technology and a desire to help others. Matt enjoys providing honest home IT support and advice, optimising technology spending and creating personalised solutions, such as flexible workspaces that improve user productivity and capabilities. Matt has a specialisation in home network design, troubleshooting and optimisation.

Matt previously worked for reputable organisations, including Scentre Group (operator of Westfield Shopping Centres) and Crown Resorts (operator of Crown Casinos), where he successfully managed complex systems and devices in fast-paced operational environments. During this time, he gained significant experience in real-world troubleshooting and consistently delivered a premium level of customer service.
